No, but our products are stocked in a number os stores across Ireland, Scotland and N.Ireland. Please review or stockist list for a store near you.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery around Ireland 2/3 days, UK please allow 3/4 days, Europe 5/10 days, Rest of World 5/14 days. Please note dispatch will be dependent on stock being available. We will contact you if a product is not available.

How much is delivery?


Can I track my item?

Yes, all dispatches over the value of €65 are trackable. You will receive details along with a confirmation of dispatch email once your product has been dispatched.

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, sent to the email address on your order.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

On orders placed on line we provide the option to ship to a delivery address than the one at which your card is registered. For security reasons, this service is discretionary, and we reserve the right to ship to the billing address only or verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address.

Can I change the delivery address?

No, as soon as the order is dispatched there will not be an opportunity to change the address unfortunately.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver to most countries and delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout. Delivery times will be dependant on location.

Do I have to pay Customs & import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any parcels that are refused due to customs charges, the customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use a third party payment processor to handle Credit/Debit cards. None of your card information is stored any where on this site. Security checks are also made on all payments to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal for payments on line tbc.

When will my card be charged for my order?

Payment will be taken as soon as the order has been placed.

Do you restock items?

Yes, most lines will be re stocked ongoing.

Can I change/cancel my order?

If the order has not been dispatched we can make the change or cancellation as requested.

What is your returns policy?

We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us in its original packaging and we will organize a refund (excluding a delivery charges). You must inform us of your intention to return the product by email to bernadette@duinndesigns.com within 3 days of receipt of order and must return the product to us within 28 days of delivery.

Who pays for return postage?

You are responsible for the return of the item.

Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?

We are unable to pay back the delivery charges for a item that is to be refunded, but for exchange we will cover the costs for sending the replacement item to you.
