Kilmainham Gaol. Inspired by a visit to Kilmainham Gaol, Bernadette has created an elegant design which reflects the minimalist architecture of this historic building. Likening the gaol’s architectural style to that of Glaswegian architect and designer, Charles Rennie MacIntosh, Bernadette was compelled to create a pattern that fuses the old and new in perfect harmony.
Trinity Library Arches. It is the historic arches of the Long Room in the Old Library which inspired the Dúinn Designs pattern, which reflects the grandeur of the architecture in a simple, contemporary design.
Oak Trees of Ireland. Dúinn Designs has combined vibrant seasonal colours with the foliage of the mighty oak to create a contemporary pattern which beautifully represents the finery of this, Ireland’s king of the forest.
